Cape

Paper continued its move up with Aug trading to $26,500 in the morning while the Q4 printed to $22,550. Cal 20 printed up to $16,450. Despite strong numbers fixing in the Atl basin over the afternoon, paper failed to push through the highs of the day as Aug traded around the $26,250 level. while the Sept traded down to $23,000.
