Privacy settings: Directory

All registered with iShipNet users (Companies or Individuals) have the ability to upload and store files (images, docs, pdf etc) to their account Directory. iShipNet has developed a mechanism that allows each user, according to his preference, to set who will be able to view the files included in his Directory.

The Account directory can be organized in Folders and each folder includes your uploaded media.

Privacy settings can be set in both levels, Folder or Media.

For example you may need to have a Folder that will be visible to all Registered users and inside this Folder 3 different files, one that will be visible only to Spare Parts / Machinery companies, one that will be visible only to Shipowning / Managing companies and one that will be visible only to one specified user of your choice.

Privacy settings can be selected during creation or modification of your Directory Folders and Media.
