In short...

Cape

The cape market had a positive start to the day, Mar trading $6,500 and Q2 at $11,700 and Q3 $16,700. Momentum stalled as the physical index once again proved to be doing very little. The curve remains supported but physical really needs to move to justify the gains on paper.
