Cape

A weak day on cape. With physical still doing nothing June dropped all day trading to a low of _ _ _, q3 followed the June and traded to _ _ _ and the deferred cal 21 at _ _ _. At these numbers we found support, but with premiums so high to where spot is, something has to change either way.

Very much a day of two halves with the paper opening higher before heavy selling interest drove the curve lower: June traded to $_ _ _; Q3 to $_ _ _ and Q4 to $_ _ _. After the initial rush to buy sellers moved in hard driving the June back to $_ _ _; the Q3 to $_ _ _ and the Q4 to $_ _ _. We end the day supported above the lows. The Cal 21 remains in the $_ _ _ - $_ _ _ channel.

Smx came off further, today with the early door push meeting some resistance. As a result, Jun opened at $6800 and traded down to $_ _ _, while, Q3 traded $_ _ _ and $_ _ _. Q34 traded $_ _ _ and Q4 alone $_ _ _ and $_ _ _. With the P/S Q3 spread at _ _ _, there is a chance it heads towards parity again.
